The buildings offer inspiring, flexible and customizable workspace, providing fresh air and generous access to natural light. The project is built around the idea of community and aims to connect people and businesses.

Continuing the people-oriented approach, each of the facilities is designed to enhance the daily experience of those working or visiting, such as the project’s open project area that becomes a social space after or during business hours or the restaurant that will be open to serve those working flexible hours.

At Equilibrium, the entire project is focused on shifting the notion of a traditional “workspace” for our tenants towards a more lively, flexible design and to rethink the overall appearance of the urban space.
