Equilibrium

Continuing with this people-centered approach, each of the facilities is designed to enhance the daily experience of those who work there or visit, such as the project’s open area, which becomes a social space after or during business hours, or the restaurant, which will be open to serve those working flexible schedules.

At Equilibrium, the entire project focuses on shifting the concept of the traditional “workspace” for our tenants toward a more vibrant, flexible design and on revitalizing the overall appearance of the urban space.
