The purpose of this “Privacy Policy” as well as the “Processing Personal Data” section is to explain to you what data we process, why we process it and what we do with it. We take privacy seriously and never sell lists or email addresses. Being fully aware that your personal information belongs to you, we do our best to store it securely and process it carefully. We do not provide information to third parties without informing you. This information is important. We hope you will read it carefully.

In order to process your data securely, we have made every effort to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information.

2.Recipients of services According to the law, you, the natural person receiving our services, the representative or contact person of a company or the person in any relationship whatsoever with our company, are a “data subject”, i.e. an identified or identifiable natural person. In order to be fully transparent about our data processing and to enable you to easily exercise your rights at any time, we have implemented measures to facilitate communication between us, the data controller, and you, the data subject.

  • The processing is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract between you and us
  • Processing is necessary for our legitimate interests or the legitimate interests of another party

5.4 Data storage period:
We store personal data only for the period necessary to fulfill our purposes, but no longer than 5 years after the termination of the contract or the last interaction with us.
After the end of the period, personal data will be destroyed or deleted from computer systems or anonymized for scientific, historical or statistical research purposes.
Please note that in certain expressly regulated situations, we store data for the period required by law.

  • If you wish to exercise your rights, you can do so by sending a written, signed and dated request to office@axia.ro
  • The rights listed above are not absolute. There are exceptions, which is why every request we receive will be analyzed in order to decide whether or not it is justified. If your request is justified, we will make it easier for you to exercise your rights. If the request is unfounded, we will reject it, but we will inform you of the reasons for the refusal and of your rights to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority and to go to court.
  • We will try to respond to your request within 30 days. However, the deadline may be extended depending on various aspects, such as the complexity of the request, the large number of requests received or the inability to reach you within a reasonable time.
  • If, despite our best efforts, we are unable to identify you, and you do not provide us with additional information to enable us to identify you, we are under no obligation to comply with your request.

Personal Data Processing Policy

As of May 25, 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) became applicable. GDPR is a single regulation, directly applicable in all Member States of the Union and replaces Directive 95/46/EC and, implicitly, the provisions of Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.

Our company applies a privacy and personal data security policy in strict compliance with the GDPR, and as part of our commitment to respect the rights of the individuals whose personal data we process, we provide below relevant information on how, for what purpose, the legal basis and for how long we process your personal data, as well as on the rights you have and how you can exercise those rights.
As of May 25, 2018, in order to be able to provide you with our services, i.e. to be able to send you further offers on apartments for sale, as well as any other form of real estate transaction that may be of interest to you, but also news, campaigns, invitations to various events, we need to obtain your express consent.
To unsubscribe at a later date, you may exercise your right to withdraw your consent by making a request to do so, in accordance with the procedure below.

Processing of personal data

How long do we process your data?

However, we do not undertake to keep this data for the full period mentioned above and may delete or anonymize your data sooner.

To whom do we disclose your data?
